                      🐭🧢  उंदराची टोपी 

              एक होता उंदिरमामा. रस्त्याने जाताना त्याला मिळाले एक फडके.फडके घेऊन तो गेला धोब्याकडे. धोब्याला म्हणाला 'धोबीदादा,धोबीदादा माझे फडके धुवून दे. धोब्याने फडके धुवून दिले. मग उंदिरमामा गेला शिंप्याकडे. 'शिंपीदादा, 'शिंपीदादा,शिंपीदादा मला एक छानशी टोपी शिवून दे तिला रंगीत गोंडेही लाव. शिंप्याने उंदिरमामाला टोपी शिवून दिली. 

                उंदिरमामाने टोपी डोक्यावर घातली एक ढोलके घेतले. ते वाजवत तो गाणे गाऊ लागला ' राजाच्या टोपीपेक्षा माझी टोपी छान. ढुम,ढुम,ढुमक !' राजाने हे ऐकले . तो शिपायांना म्हणाला ' जा रे, त्या उंदराला पकडून आणा.'                                                                                                                                                              शिपायांनी उंदिरमामाला पकडले. दरबारात आणले. त्याची टोपी काढून राजाकडे दिली. मग उंदिरमामा म्हणाला 'राजा भिकारी, माझी टोपी घेतली. ढुम,ढुम,ढुमक !' 

हे ऐकून राजा खूपच रागावला. त्याने उंदराकडे टोपी फेकून दिली. उंदिरमामाने टोपी पुन्हा डोक्यावर घातली व तो गाणे गाऊ लागला 'राजा मला भ्याला. माझी टोपी दिली. ढुम,ढुम,ढुमक !' हे गाणे गात गात तो राजवाडयातून निघून गेला.

 उपदेश : शक्तीपेक्षा युक्ती श्रेष्ठ

Moral Story no. 15

              Two Friends and the Bear       

         Vijay and Raju were friends. On a holiday they went into a forest. They were enjoying the beauty of nature. Suddenly they saw a bear coming at them. They were frightened.

           Raju who knew climbing trees ran up to a tree and climbed up quickly. He did not think of Vijay. Vijay did not know tree climbing.

           Vijay thought for a second. He had heard animals do not prefer dead bodies. He fell to the ground and held his breath. The bear sniffed him and thought he was dead. So, he went away.

           Raju asked Vijay," What did the bear whisper into your ears?"Vijay replied, "The bear asked me to keep away from friends like you" and went on his way.

MORAL :-  A friend in need is a friend indeed.

Moral Story Number 14

 The Peacock and the Crane

          There was a peacock who often boasted about his beauty. Everyday he walked to the banks of a large lake and looked his own reflections and said "Oh! What a beautiful bird I am! Look at my colourful tail".

            Once the peacock saw a crane on the banks of the lake. He said with a sneer to the crane, "What a colourless bird you are! You have no beautiful and colourful feathers like mine".

            The crane replied, "Of course! I don't have beautiful feathers. But, my feathers can make me fly across the lake. Can your feathers make you fly?" There was no reply from the peacock.

MORAL :    It is better to be useful than to be beautiful.

Moral Story Number 13

 The Monkey and the Dolphin

        Short StoriesOne day long ago, some sailors set out to sea in their sailing ship. One of them brought his pet monkey along for the long journey.

            When they were far out at sea, a terrible storm overturned their ship. Everyone fell into the sea, and the monkey was sure that he would drown. Suddenly a dolphin appeared and picked him up.

            They soon reached the island and the monkey came down from the dolphin’s back. The dolphin asked the monkey, “Do you know this place?”

            The monkey replied, “Yes, I do. In fact, the king of the island is my best friend. Do you know that I am actually a prince?”

            Knowing that no one lived on the island, the dolphin said, “Well, well, so you are a prince! Now you can be a king!” The monkey asked, “How can I be a king?”

            As the dolphin started swimming away, he answered, “That is easy. As you are the only creature on this island, you will naturally be the king!”

MORAL:-    Those who lie and boast may end up in trouble.
